Next to writing my own music, I enjoy playing, thinking and creating along with different bands and artprojects. Here’s a mixture of some former and current experiences…
BANDS:
FEAVER 
The band around Tjeerd Broere, formerly known as the drummer behind loud bands as Beaver Feaver, The Solo Men Only and the renowned punkmen of NRA. During a roadtrip with El Pino & The Volunteers he sew his wild oats, and exchanged his drums for an acoustic guitar. Presently, he delivers his dreamy folksongs, together with his band. I settled down between the group as the ‘additional’ musician; on voice, accordeon, melodica, synth/midi and percussion. GOSLINK
Goslink is a musician, artist and instrumentbuilder. He and his whole band performs on his selfmade instruments, built out of trash. In 2010 his debutalbum ‘Stil Leven’ is released by Excelsior Recordings. On ‘Stil Leven’ I contributed with backing vocals and piano; and I regularely participate at concerts (vocals, accordeon, melodica, bass, percussion and/or synth); and cooperate at projects, like recording and writing songs for museum Boijmans van Beuningen and performing at IFFR/VPRO. http://www.goslink.nl
MARTY GRAVEYARD
Marty Graveyard (ex-drums/vocals the Madd) releases his sunny solo-album ‘Summer Holiday’ in 2012, on V2 Records. I lended my voice for the lead vocals of the song ‘Why’, and for backingvocals in ‘My heart is set on you’. Martygraveyard.com
KIM JANSSEN
Kim Janssen’s nostalgic album ‘Ancient Crime’ is released by Snowstar Records in 2012. I appear on piano for ‘Le dodo ou l’amour au berceau’, a piece by François Couperin. Kimjanssen.net
OLIVER OAT
I accompanied the lovely and eccentric duo of Oliver Oat on accordeon in their tour through Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands in 2011. Oliveroat.com

‘THE TUNERY’ SOUNDDESIGN
I make music for short films and commercials.
During the summer of 2012 my jingle for Skoda cars was broadcasted on national TV-channels RTL4 and SBS6.
HANNEKE & LENYA
Together with visual artist Hanneke Braams, we do filmprojects. Hanneke makes the film and I deliver the sound. This usually results into live performances, in which the film supports live music; or live music supports the film.
48 HOUR FILM PROJECT
In the summer of 2012 I cooperated with the men of Turbo Turbo by designing the soundtrack for the short, silent film ‘Stil Leven’ 48Hour Film Project. Turbo Turbo won 2 prices (best cinematography and best use of character) and 5 nominat ions (of which one nomination for best sound design).
GRONINGER MUSEUM
For an audiotour of the Groninger Museum I composed and recorded ‘Icarus’, mixed by Floris Klinkert; Inspired by the 17th century work ‘Landscape and the Fall of Icarus’ by Nicolaes Berchem. Groningermuseum.nl
COMPLAINTS CHOIR ROTTERDAM-SOUTH (KLACHTENKOOR ROTTERDAM-ZUID)
Thanks to Sensational Mix, the most awesome unexperienced complaints-singers of Rotterdam-South gathered into a Complaints Choir, as has been intiated by Tellervo Kalleinen and Oliver Kochta-Kallleinen throughout the world. We created a Complaining Song and performed it on multiple locations in Rotterdam on the day of the municipality elections (Southern choir starting at 04:00).
The Complaints Choir caught quite some interest from local and national media. For the Volkskrant I did an interview:
